Each Great Lakes Airlines passenger is allowed: two checked bags (no more than 50 pounds each); one carry-on item such as a purse (as long as it will fit under the passenger seat); and one gate-checked bag (as long as the dimensions of that bag do not exceed: 22" long, 14" high and 9" wide, which is the typical size of a bag that will fit in an overhead bin).
"Gate-Checked" means Great Lakes Airlines ground staff will take your bag from you as you come out to board the Beechcraft 1900 D and place it in the aircraft's baggage compartment. Your bag will be waiting for you at the bottom of the stairs as you come off the aircraft at either Denver or North Platte.
Carry-on bag restrictions vary from airline to airline. It is recommended that you check with your Denver connecting airline if your are unsure about their requirements.
