The Transportation Security Agency (TSA) will screen you and your bags prior to boarding the aircraft.  The screening performed by the TSA at the North Platte Airport allows you and your baggage to travel to your destination without any further screening.

Expedite Screening 

To spare yourself the hassle of possibly being “hand-wanded” and, to expedite the boarding process, it is highly recommended that you place all your jewelry, watches, coins, belts, money clips, glasses, cell phones, shoes, coats, etc. in the provided plastic trays. TSA will then run the tray thru the carry-on baggage x-ray machine while you walk thru the metal detector. 

Private Screening 

Anyone who does not want to, or is unable to go thru the metal detector can request a private pat-down search.
